Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to drive SAP GRC and security-focused ERP customizations within automotive and industrial manufacturing sectors. You will define architectures, lead integration efforts, and manage large data migrations with a focus on security, compliance, and performance.

You will design complex SAP landscapes (ECC/CRM/BW/EP/BOBJ/HANA/S4HANA on Premise or Rise) and collaborate with offshore and onsite teams, delivering high-quality configurations and client-ready

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• Experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/User Admin.
• Technical expertise in SAP ECC/CRM/BW/BIBO/EP/CUA/HANA/BOBJ/S4HANA on premises or Rise/Fiori.
• GRC Access Control support/implementation experience.
• Ability to work independently without supervision.
• Experience in SoD remediation and process control; automations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligning with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software applications with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP with external applications and lead large-scale data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience while leading security/compliance initiatives.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops for user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in the support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/ User Admin.
• Should have good experience in defining business requirements & role build
• Should have technical expertise in the areas of SAP ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / HANA / BOBJ / S4HANA on premise/ S4HANA on Rise / Fiori
• GRC Access Control support / implementation experience
• Ability to work independently without any supervision
• Experience in SoD remediation, Process control, Automations will be added advantage

Preferred Skill And Experience

• Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
• Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• Two or three industry domain knowledge
• Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• Client Interfacing skills
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• Project and Team management.
• Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
