Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to drive SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementations in North America. You will define architectures, lead integration efforts, and guide large-scale data migrations with a focus on reliability and compliance.

Bring hands-on SAP PM experience, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable ERP solutions. Relocation/travel may be required across the US.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementations and support.
• Two end-to-end lifecycle SAP implementations in North America.
• Ability to gather requirements, design business processes and configure SAP PM.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture for customization and integration.
• Design and implement ERP customizations using SAP PM capabilities.

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in SAP Plant Maintenance/Enterprise Asset Management implementation and Support programs
• Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America
• In-depth knowledge in the areas of Master Data (Functional Location, Equipment, Class & Characteristics, Work center, Task List, Revision, Measuring Points etc) and Notification Management; Integration with Maintenance Order; Preventive Maintenance; Breakdown, Corrective and Calibration Maintenance Process etc.
• Must have experience in SAP PM integration with third party tool.
• Experience of at least 2 end to end lifecycle implementation activities including:
• Requirement gathering
• Business process design
• SAP configuration
• RICEFW Functional design
• Systems and Integration Testing
• Resolving production issues

Preferred Skill And ExperienceStrong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
