Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks an experienced Package Consultant 3 to lead ERP customization, integration, and migration across SAP landscapes in the US. You will define solution architecture, implement complex ERP customizations, and steer data migrations while ensuring security and compliance with industry standards.

You’ll collaborate with offshore teams and drive scalable, reliable solutions. Ideal candidates have SAP GRC & SAP Security experience, strong business analysis, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/User Admin.
• Proven ability to define business requirements and build roles.
• Technical expertise in SAP ECC/CRM/BW/BIBO/EP/CUA/HANA/BOBJ/S4HANA on premise or Rise/Fiori.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations and develop critical software applications with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps and lead large-scale data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and UX, while leading security/compliance initiatives.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and lead training workshops for user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• ⦁ Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• ⦁ Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• ⦁ Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• ⦁ Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• ⦁ Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• ⦁ Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill and Experience

• • Experience in SAP GRC and SAP Security in the support, maintenance and implementation projects as Role Admin/ User Admin.
• • Should have good experience in defining business requirements & role build
• • Should have technical expertise in the areas of SAP ECC / CRM / BW / BIBO / EP / CUA / HANA / BOBJ / S4HANA on premise/ S4HANA on Rise / Fiori
• • GRC Access Control support / implementation experience
• • Ability to work independently without any supervision
• • Experience in SoD remediation, Process control, Automations will be added advantage

Preferred Skill and Experience

• • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems
• • Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership
• • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends
• • Logical thinking and problem-solving skills along with an ability to collaborate
• • Two or three industry domain knowledge
• • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available
• • Client Interfacing skills
• • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies
• • Project and Team management.
• • Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills.
• • Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore.
• • Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

Additional Required Qualifications

• • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
