Job summary

Infosys in Dearborn, Michigan is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to drive SAP SD and S/4HANA-focused ERP implementations. You will analyze complex business processes, design integration architectures, and lead large-scale data migrations with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant deployments.

The role requires extensive SAP SD expertise, S/4HANA Order to Cash experience, and a track record of end-to-end implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting and architecture/design of processes.
• Experience in SAP SD.
• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Order to Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping and Credit Management.
• At least 1 S/4HANA greenfield end-to-end implementation.
• Ability to configure and customize SAP SD based on business requirements.
• Knowledge of RICEFW, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in SAP.
• SAP SD integration with Finance and MM processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture for customization and integrations based on business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced SAP customizations leveraging ERP capabilities and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect SAP ERP with external applications and lead large-scale data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience; lead security audits and compliance initiatives.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex SAP customizations and lead training workshops for various user groups.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

• Experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
• Experience in SAP Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
• Experience in SAP SD Skills
• Strong experience in S4HANA Order to Cash processes including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Shipping and Credit Management.
• Should have done minimum 1 S4 HANA greenfield end to end Implementation

• Should be able to configure and customize SAP SD based on business requirements.
• Provide guidance on best practices and standard SAP configurations to achieve business objectives.
• Experience with Automobile Industry / project is a plus.

• i. Knowledge on RICEFW, EDI, Idoc, Batch processing in SAP
• ii. SAP SD Integration knowledge with Finance and MM processes.

Preferred Skill And Experience

• SAP product certifications are a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
• Analytical and Communication skills
• High Impact communication with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of Agile and SAP Activate methodology

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
