Job summary

Shrive Technologies is seeking a senior SAP SD OTC Lead for onsite work in Riverwoods, IL. The role focuses on solution design, delivery leadership, and coordinating global OTC processes across multiple modules.

The candidate should have over 10 years of SAP SD/OTC experience, multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong integration with SAP FI/CO, MM, and Salesforce interfaces. Excellent stakeholder management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP SD & OTC functional experience.
• Minimum 3-4 full-cycle SAP implementations as SD/OTC Lead.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end OTC processes across multiple industries.
• Experience with S/4HANA features (Fiori apps, Universal Journal, BP, credit mgmt).
• Hands-on experience with EDI, interfaces, and integration scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and delivery for SAP SD OTC programs, including multi-phase implementations, rollouts, enhancements and AMS.
• Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and offshore/onsite delivery to meet timelines and budgets.
• Provide governance, risk identification, mitigation, and progress reporting to stakeholders.
• Act as liaison between business process owners and SAP delivery teams, ensuring effective SAP solutions.

ROLE: SAP SD OTC

LOCATION: ONSITE, RIVERWOODS, IL

minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP SD OTC with solution design, implementation, focus on publishing industry is preferred

• Expertise in SAP OTC process with strong integration experience with other sap modules like FI/CO, MM P2P etc.
• The ideal candidate will take ownership of solution design, delivery leadership, ability to lead teams, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination across global OTC processes
• Experience in SAP ECC & S/4 Hana. Responsibilities
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into efficient SAP SD OTC configurations and solution
• Drive blueprinting, fit-gap analysis, and solution workshops with business and IT stakeholders
• Lead delivery for multi-phase SAP programs including implementation, rollout, enhancements, and support
• Manage cross-functional teams and coordinate between business, developers, integration teams, and offshore support
• Provide project governance, risk identification, mitigation, and progress reporting
• Act as the primary liaison between business process owners and the SAP delivery team
• Design and manage interfaces between SAP SD and other e-commerce platforms systems
• Configure SAP SD modules to meet specific business requirements, particularly in areas such as sales order processing, pricing, billing, and delivery
• Lead and participate in SAP SD implementation/Migration/AMS projects, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget
• Work closely with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into effective SAP solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate salesforce into overall IT strategy
• SAP SD Certification (ECC or S/4HANA) is added advantage.
