Job summary

Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Manager, SCM Process Innovation to drive end-to-end SAP S/4HANA process transformation across O2C, P2P, Inventory, Logistics and Finance integration.

The role partners with U.S. stakeholders, HQ Korea SAP teams and global IT to standardize ERP solutions, enforce SOX/ITGC controls, and deliver scalable improvements with a focus on data integrity and process governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years of SAP/ERP experience with SAP SCM or business process transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and/or ECC, with deep functional SCM expertise.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and multi-team collaborations.
• Fluency in Korean and English for business/technical communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze SCM processes and lead As-Is/To-Be design for efficiency and standardization.
• Lead cross-functional workshops and root-cause analysis across O2C, P2P, Inventory, Logistics, and Finance.
• Serve as SME in SAP SCM areas (SD, MM, LE) and related warehouse/logistics processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions and integration approaches with SAP teams.
• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation, enhancements, and process transformations.
• Coordinate requirements gathering, UAT, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization.
• Develop process flows, functional specs, test cases, SOPs, and training materials.
• Partner with leadership to maintain SCM roadmap including automation opportunities.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, SOX/ITGC, and internal controls; support audits.
