Job summary
HYH America is seeking a SAP Systems Operations professional to oversee the operation, maintenance, and ongoing support of the SAP system slated for go-live in 2027. This on-site Irvine role serves as the primary contact for SAP requests from Sales, Purchasing, Finance, and Planning.
You will provide first-level SAP support (SD, MM, FI, CO), coordinate with local partners and HYH Korea IT, translate business needs into technical requirements, and drive testing, documentation, and vendor
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- 7+ years of experience in SAP operations, support, or consulting
- Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module: SD, MM, FI, or CO
- Ability to read and understand ABAP code for debugging
- Bilingual in English and Korean
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain HYH America’s SAP system and support go-live activities
- Provide first-level SAP support for SD, MM, FI, CO and escalate to local SAP partners as needed
- Coordinate with HYH headquarters IT in Korea on SAP issues and change requests
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and perform impact analysis and testing
- Prepare and maintain SAP operation manuals, user guides, and issue-resolution history
- Manage local SAP partners and review effort estimates for service requests
