Job summary

• Experience building automation in PaPM or similar platforms.
• Experience documenting business processes and internal controls.
• Strong analytical abilities to diagnose problems and propose solutions.
• Project management skills to coordinate timelines and deliverables.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience managing stakeholder expectations and conflicts.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from finance and accounting teams.
• Translate requirements into BRDs and user stories for SAP S/4HANA.
• Coordinate with functional consultants to ensure solution alignment with business needs.
• Support change activation and user adoption activities.
• Assist with UAT, data governance, and regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Track requirements and tasks using JIRA and status dashboards.
• Assist with MJE automation setup in PaPM and related modules.
