Job summary

Ford Energy is seeking a Project Manager, Supplier Collaboration & Integrations in Dearborn, MI to lead supplier-facing technology work as Ford implements SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud. You will drive supplier onboarding, label creation, and EDI integration while coordinating SAP BTP with partners across logistics and customs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in project management, program coordination, systems implementation, or similar cross-functional role within a complex organization.
• Supplier onboarding experience for enterprise systems or supply chain processes.
• Experience implementing, managing, or supporting SAP SCC supplier collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to manage plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, testing, and issues across multiple teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise integrations, including EDI and SAP BTP integrations with external partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to coordinate internal teams and external partners without direct authority.
• Execution discipline; detail-oriented; drive decisions and actions to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supplier onboarding workstream for SAP SCC and connect Ford Energy processes and systems.
• Coordinate portal capabilities, requirements, and supplier readiness.
• Manage label creation requirements, testing, and implementation.
• Drive planning and delivery of supplier EDI connections with partners.
• Coordinate SAP BTP integrations with third parties (logistics providers, customs brokers).
• Maintain RAID visibility, manage risks, and report progress to leadership.
• Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-implementation support.
