Job summary

Ford Motor Company’s Enterprise Technology organization is seeking a senior leader to drive the modernization of our integration platforms and IT service management. You will guide multi-functional teams, shape the architecture for complex programs, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver large-scale IT transformations.

You will lead governance, budgeting, vendor relationships, and program execution across the modernization journey, ensuring alignment with Ford’s

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 18+ years of overall IT experience with expertise in driving end to end SAP S/4 HANA transformation.
• Minimum 6+ years of experience leading enterprise integration initiatives (API, middleware, EDI) in large, global, complex organizations, with a focus on driving platform-enabled transformation.
• Minimum 8+ years managing direct reports and supervisory experience.
• ITIL certification (or equivalent knowledge of ITIL framework) strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise integration platforms and IT service management processes.
• Develop a comprehensive transformation framework and roadmap aligned with modernization goals.
• Lead multiple teams to deliver contracted and internal work with strong vendor management and governance.
• Establish and mature ITIL-aligned service management practices and define SLAs/KPIs for service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards while driving automation.
