You will govern multi-workstream projects, manage SAP S/4HANA deployment, and collaborate with business stakeholders, SI partners, and executives to achieve measurable business outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years of SAP program leadership, strong governance, and change management skills, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business Administration or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP program management, ERP delivery leadership, or large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Demonstrated leadership of multi-workstream SAP transformation programs with integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated SAP S/4HANA migration program plan, milestones, dependencies, and delivery roadmap.
• Lead program governance, PMO execution, stage gates, sprint reviews, RAID management, and executive reporting.
• Drive risk, issue, dependency, and change management across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
• Manage Systems Integrator performance against scope, schedule, quality, and KPIs.
• Lead cutover planning, release readiness, hypercare, and transition to steady-state support; ensure readiness.
• Establish data governance and master data management integration across business units.
