Job summary

DEVELON North America is seeking a Sales Operation Specialist to support daily execution of whole goods supply chain transactions in SAP, including SO/PO, shipment, invoicing, and inventory maintenance. This role reports to the SCM Manager and partners with Internal Sales, logistics providers, and Savannah, GA production teams.

Ideal candidates are meticulous, process‑oriented, and comfortable handling recurring monthly cycles, with strong data integrity and documentation discipline driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years in order management, supply chain, or similar operations.
• Hands-on ERP experience, SAP preferred (SD/MM).
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Organized, deadline-driven, and able to run a monthly cycle.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain SO and PO data in SAP.
• Verify SO/PO details match dealer requests and HQ orders.
• Track order status and update changes as needed.
• Coordinate with logistics providers and Savannah production teams.
• Prepare recurring SCM reports using Excel and SAP data extracts.
• Reconcile inventory records between SAP and physical stock.
