Job summary

DEVELON North America in Rolling Meadows, IL, is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Operations Associate to support inbound, storage, picking, packing, and shipping of engine parts. You’ll run forklifts, use PDA scanners, and interact with SAP/WMS to keep inventory accurate.

You will participate in meetings, coordinate with teams, and ensure efficient, safe warehouse operations while maintaining records and meeting service levels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of warehouse operations experience.
• Hands-on warehouse experience required.
• Forklift operation experience required.
• Experience using PDA scanners.
• Experience with SAP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily inbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Perform hands-on warehouse work and support daily floor operations.
• Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, cherry picker).
• Use PDA scanners and SAP/WMS to process warehouse transactions.
• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory to maintain accuracy.
• Support order fulfillment and help meet delivery and service-level expectations.
• Participate in internal and customer meetings; coordinate with teams.
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
