Location: Chicago, IL

Employment: Full-time
Our client is an established international IT consulting company specializing in SAP solutions and services. The company supports mid-sized and enterprise customers across multiple industries and combines SAP expertise with strong business-process knowledge.
With an established international delivery organization and an existing presence in the United States, the company is now investing significantly in expanding its U.S. business.
As part of this growth strategy, the company is establishing a stronger presence in Chicago and building out its U.S. commercial organization.
This hire will be one of the key people supporting that expansion and will have the opportunity to help build the U.S. business rather than simply inherit an established territory.
We are looking for an experienced SAP Sales / Business Development Manager to drive new business development in the U.S.
This is a true hunter role. The primary focus is acquiring new customers, generating opportunities, and building a sales pipeline from the ground up—not managing an existing portfolio.
The successful candidate will work closely with U.S. leadership and an experienced international SAP organization providing technical, delivery, and pre-sales support.
Estimated compensation range: $140,000–$170,000 base + performance-based commission. The final compensation structure is currently being finalized with the employer and may be adjusted.
This is an opportunity to join an established international SAP organization at an important stage of its U.S. expansion.
Rather than stepping into a mature sales territory, you will have the opportunity to build a market and pipeline from the ground up, with support from experienced leadership, SAP specialists, delivery teams, and pre-sales resources. The company also intends to expand its U.S. sales organization as the business develops.
