Job summary

SSi People is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect to lead end-to-end finance transformations. You will guide architecture, process design, and configuration decisions across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, CO, PS, and reporting, aligning with SAP best practices.

The role requires 10+ years in SAP Finance consulting and 5+ years as SAP Finance Lead or Architect, with involvement in multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs. Hybrid work in Dallas area preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.
• 5+ years serving as SAP Finance Lead or Solution Architect on end-to-end SAP S/4HANA projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, FI, CO, AC DOCA, Asset Accounting, PS/Co, Revenue Recognition, CO-PA, Financial Close, Embedded Analytics, SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration and core organizational/financial design concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, aligning future-state finance operating models with SAP best practices.
• Guide finance process redesign across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.
• Define and govern configuration standards for ledger design, company codes, chart of accounts, fiscal year variants, posting period controls, financial statement versions, and parallel accounting.
• Support reporting, analytics, controls, and delivery activities across project phases, including workshops, governance decisions, testing, defect resolution, cutover, and readiness planning.

Job Title: SAP S/HANA Finance Solution Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced finance solution leader to help shape scalable, compliant, and maintainable SAP S/4HANA finance capabilities across global environments. Our team is looking for someone who can guide architecture, process design, configuration decisions, and stakeholder alignment to support finance transformation and strong reporting outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations, aligning future-state finance operating models with SAP best practices.
• Guide finance process redesign across key domains including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Project Accounting, Revenue Recognition, and Financial Reporting.

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years serving as SAP Finance Lead or Solution Architect, with multiple end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Universal Journal (ACDOCA), Asset Accounting, Project Systems / Professional Services, Revenue Recognition, Margin Analysis (CO-PA), Group Reporting, Financial Close Processes, Embedded Analytics, and SAP Fiori.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud configuration and core organizational and financial design concepts is highly desirable.
• Resource should be located within commuting distance of Montvale, Dallas, or Chicago.
