Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) is recruiting an SAP Record to Report Architect – Finance Solution Architect for a contract role in Dublin, OH. The candidate will lead the transformation from ECC Finance to S/4 Finance, owning end-to-end finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, and profitability analysis.

The role requires 10–15+ years of FI/CO experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and preferably prior Solution Architect experience.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of FI/CO/Asset Accounting experience and group reporting.
• Experience leading enterprise finance transformations and architecture initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Finance transformation strategy and future-state operating model.
• Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, planning and profitability.
• Design and govern S/4HANA Finance data model including Universal Journal and master data standards.
• Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.
• Define finance analytics and reporting strategy using SAP analytics tools.
• Lead data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Finance leadership and CFO organization.

Purpose: Lead transformation of ECC Finance to S/4 Finance.

Required Skills & Qualification Questions:

• Lead the overall Finance transformation strategy, defining the future-state finance operating model.
• Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Revenue Recognition, a
• Design and govern the S/4HANA Finance data model, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), organizational structures, chart of accounts, profit/cost
• Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.
• S/4 Finance certification preferred.
• 10–15+ years of expertise in FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, Group Reporting.
• Strong business stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Design and govern the S/4HANA Finance data model, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), organizational structures, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and financial master data standards.
• Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall Finance transformation strategy, defining the future-state finance operating model.
• Own end-to-end Finance solution architecture across GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis, Revenue Recognition, and Planning.
• Design and govern the S/4HANA Finance data model, including Universal Journal (ACDOCA), organizational structures, chart of accounts, profit/cost centers, and financial master data standards.
• Lead financial close, consolidation, and group reporting architecture.
• Design Treasury, Cash Management, and Working Capital processes.
• Establish finance controls, compliance, and governance frameworks (accounting standards, audit, tax, SOX, segregation of duties).
• Define finance analytics and reporting strategy using S/4 Embedded Analytics, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Lead finance data migration, reconciliation, and cutover activities.
• Serve as strategic advisor to Finance leadership and the CFO organization.

Required Skills:

• S/4 Finance certification preferred.
• 10–15+ years of expertise in FI, CO, Asset Accounting, COPA, Group Reporting.
• Strong business stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Preferable if previously held a Solution Architect role.
