Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Finance lead for full-time, onsite roles in Indianapolis, IN. You will drive large-scale S/4HANA Finance transformations, working with global finance stakeholders and multi-vendor delivery teams.

The role requires 12–15+ years of SAP experience, deep expertise in Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion, and strong leadership and client-facing skills. Visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of overall experience in SAP with strong SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO).
• Experience leading at least two large SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Finance Conversion.
• Strong experience in financial data migration, reconciliation, and compliance processes.
• Experience collaborating with global finance stakeholders including CFO organizations, Controllership, and Shared Services.

Hiring Process

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant-level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
