Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an experienced IT Advisor – SAP S/4HANA Transformation to lead sub-projects and define delivery roadmaps. You will architect end‑to‑end solutions, govern performance, and collaborate with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, and QA teams in a regulated medical devices environment.

You will translate business demand into scalable SAP architectures, drive cross‑functional execution, and ensure timely, compliant implementation across MDG, data governance, and data migration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; 15+ years IT experience with bachelor’s, or 13+ years with advanced degree.
Extensive experience leading SAP transformation projects (MDG, data governance, integration, reporting).
Experience in regulated environments; medical devices exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

Own delivery of SAP transformation sub-projects (MDG, data governance, integration, reporting).
Define and manage charters, plans, milestones, RAID logs, and success metrics with stakeholders.
Lead architecture reviews and ensure scalable, compliant SAP solutions across build/run.
Monitor vendor performance, manage scope, risks, and change controls.
