Ledgent Technology seeks a SAP Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 VOC support within a global SAP S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on diagnosing issues in SAP-based systems, reviewing source code and configurations, and collaborating with IT and SAP teams to drive resolution for a multinational consumer electronics client.

Qualified candidates will have a BS in CS/IT, at least 2 years in software development, and strong analytical and communication skills suitable for

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
At least 2 years in software development.
Exposure to SAP environments is preferred.
Experience with RDBMS (Oracle/MS SQL/MariaDB) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication across teams and clients.
Candidate comfortable in client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 VOC support to end users on the SAP S/4HANA platform.
Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot reported issues, escalating as needed.
Review source code and system configurations to aid root cause identification.
Collaborate with IT, SAP functional, and technical teams for incident resolution.
Document customer interactions, issue details and resolutions per procedures.
Communicate technical findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and satisfaction.
