Woodward Inc. is seeking a Level 2 SAP Source-to-Pay Analyst to support end-to-end procurement across a global template. You will partner with global business and IT teams to design, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay capabilities, align to standards, and drive change management globally.

You will own documentation, perform testing, resolve defects, and assist with cutover and hypercare during go-lives, while ensuring consistent procurement processes and regional adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Source to Pay processes including purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and integration with finance and inventory.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts, including functional testing, defect resolution, and hypercare across sites.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to use data to inform decisions.
• Ability to model and optimize business processes and identify inefficiencies in platform workflows.
• Experience leading training and change initiatives; ability to create materials and measure adoption.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements independently; evaluate enhancements vs. new solutions; define scope with stakeholders.
• Own documentation for projects; coordinate and execute system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions; configure platform modules and ensure alignment with standards.
• Act as liaison between business and IT; lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve complex platform issues; mentor team members as needed; own small-to-medium development efforts.
