Job summary

Woodward is seeking a Level 2 SAP Source to Pay Analyst to support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in SAP S/4HANA SourcetoPay capabilities. The role works with global business and IT teams to design, test, and rollout standardized processes aligned to a global template.

You will execute functional testing, resolve defects, support master data and supplier processes, and assist with cutover and hypercare during go-lives.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP Source to Pay processes and modules.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making.
• Ability to model business processes and optimize platform workflows.
• Experience leading training and change initiatives.
• Documentation ownership and traceability for projects.
• Experience coordinating small projects or workstreams.
• Ability to gather and validate requirements and facilitate workshops.
• Capability to translate requirements into functional designs.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and conflict resolution.
• Technical acumen with enterprise systems and integration points.
• Experience leading testing efforts and ensuring QA standards.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements independently.
• Coordinate system testing, integration testing, and UAT.
• Facilitate cross-functional design and implement solutions with cross-module integration.
• Lead training sessions and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify and resolve complex platform issues; support enhancements and bug fixes.
