Job summary

Woodward Inc. is seeking a Level 2 SAP MM Source to Pay IT Analyst to support end‑to‑end procurement lifecycle, including sourcing, purchasing and supplier management.

This role works with global teams to design, test, and rollout SAP S/4HANA Source‑to‑Pay capabilities, ensuring standardized processes and successful go‑live support. You will analyze requirements, configure integrations, and help train users while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SAP Source to Pay processes including purchasing, sourcing, supplier management and integration with finance and inventory.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts, including functional testing, defect resolution, and hypercare.
• Analytical & problem‑solving skills using data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering and analysis: elicit, document and validate business needs; define scope and options.
• Documentation & testing: own project docs; coordinate system and user acceptance testing to ensure traceability.
• Solution design and implementation: facilitate cross‑functional teams; configure modules and integration points.
• Stakeholder communication & training: liaise between business & IT; lead training and manage expectations.
• System development & support: address issues; manage enhancements and bug fixes; mentor teammates.
