Job summary

A leading IT consulting firm is seeking a Mid-Senior level professional to architect and deliver SAP S/4HANA solutions. This full-time role involves strong pre-sales engagement and collaboration across geographies to help customers define their digital roadmaps. Base pay range

$170,000.00/hr - $180,000.00/hr

Overview

The Dignify Solutions, LLC describes a role focused on architecting and delivering SAP S/4HANA solutions, with strong pre-sales involvement, cross-geography collaboration, and a focus on helping customers define their digital roadmaps and adopt S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for architecting, designing and helping to build innovative solutions around SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in pre-sales activities is a must
• Lead and support S/4HANA pursuits and help customer to define their digital roadmap
• Proactive and self-motivated work ethics
• Work with teams located across multiple geographies
• Lead business requirements discussions with customer to implement S/4HANA solution
• Provide strong technical understanding of the product with the ability to discuss and demonstrate the full platform and how it may be configured to meet a customer’s business needs
• Understand the SAP roadmap for S/4HANA and become a trusted advisor for clients in driving their S/4HANA adoption
• Review project deliverables (e.g., benefits realization strategy, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, BPML, business process design documents) to ensure they meet project objectives
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs and a network of professional organizations or affiliations
• Estimate total effort and develop pricing models for all scope items in S/4HANA
• Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice

Qualifications

• Over 18 years of overall SAP implementation and support experience
• At least 4+ years in S/4HANA including implementation
• 5+ years of SAP Solution Architect or Integration Manager experience
• Must continuously upskill/cross-skill all the new SAP functionalities and obtain SAP certification
• Multiple industry vertical domains experience is a must (most preferably Manufacturing, Life Sciences and Healthcare, Hi-Tech and BFSI)
• Ability to articulate and demonstrate S/4HANA functionalities including Fiori
• Knowledge of S/4HANA Best Practices and Enterprise Architecture
• Familiar with Agile, Activate methodologies
• Deep understanding of integration with other systems like Hybris, Sales, Service, Marketing, Ariba, Hybris, Fieldglass, HANA Studio, Analytics
• Knowledge of processes and configurations in areas such as Procurement, Logistics, Inventory Management, Warehouse Management and their integration
• Thorough understanding of multiple SAP modules with the ability to research and apply business best practices
• Experience designing and improving business processes and controls with deep business process re-engineering experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; self-motivated and able to plan your own work
• Undergraduate degree in math, computer science, engineering, or related discipline with an IT focus; Masters/MBA or advanced degree in MIS or Computer Science Highly preferred
