Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Release Manager to lead and coordinate release planning, code deployment, and communications across Agile Release Trains for a large-scale transformation.

You will govern releases across N+1 project and support landscapes, align with BASIS, QA, Development, and Functional teams, and ensure smooth deployment windows and transparent leadership reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP release management, incl. 2 full SAP S/4HANA deployments.
• Experience with parallel landscapes (N+1 project and support).
• Cutover planning, transport path governance, dual-stream deployments.
• Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager ChaRM and ALM toolchains.
• Strong communication with cross-functional and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end SAP S/4HANA release cycles across projects and support.
• Coordinate code deployments across multiple ARTs and environments.
• Maintain unified release calendar and sequencing across landscapes.
• Plan cutovers, code freezes, and dual-track deployments.
• Lead release readiness reviews; manage defect triage and rollback plans.
• Provide transparency to leadership on release progress.
• Serve as central communications hub for status updates and go/no-go decisions.
• Engage BASIS, QA, Development, and Functional teams throughout the release process.
