Job summary

Lenmar Consulting Inc. seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Release Manager to lead and coordinate release planning, code deployments, and cross-team communication for a large-scale transformation in Charlotte, NC.

You will manage release governance across project and support landscapes, ensuring stability across DEV, QA, PRD, and sandboxes. Ideal candidates have 7+ years in SAP release management, familiarity with SAFe, and hands-on use of ChaRM and JIRA.

Qualifications

7+ years of SAP release management experience, including 2 full SAP S/4HANA deployments.
Strong understanding of SAP landscape strategy and parallel environments (N+1).
Hands-on with SAP Solution Manager (ChaRM) and JIRA for ALM workflows.
Experience coordinating Agile/SAFe delivery across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA release cycles across project and support landscapes.
Coordinate code deployments across multiple ARTs and ensure alignment of workstreams.
Maintain a unified release calendar and manage transport sequencing.
Collaborate with BASIS, QA, Development, and Functional teams on cutovers and deployments.
Drive release readiness reviews, defect triage, and rollback planning.
Provide transparency to leadership with status updates and escalation handling.
