Job summary

ContiTech USA, Inc. invites an experienced Regional Controlling CO Key User for SAP S/4HANA to lead CO module implementation across the Americas.

Based in the United States with a 3-day hybrid schedule, you will train local end-users, coordinate with IT and project teams, and support plants through hyper-care after go-live. Candidates should bring deep knowledge of manufacturing finance and cost accounting and be prepared for up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of accounting/controlling experience with SAP CO implementation.
• Understanding of operational/manufacturing finance and/or accounting.
• Highly organized, self-starter, problem-solver, able to work independently.
• Up to travel 50% of the time as needed to support the project.

Responsibilities

• Become a subject matter expert in the SAP S4 HANA CO module.
• Understand the business model of locations assigned (prep and Kick Off).
• Perform fit-to-template analysis and integration tests with Local CO and IT.
• Identify local needs and work with the PROJECT IMP@CT team and end-users.
• Collaborate with other SAP modules to ensure process integration.
• Train local end-users and provide first-level support for end-user questions.
• Support plants during hyper-care phase after go-live.
• Document and share lessons learned after each implementation.

Job Description

The Regional Controlling CO Key user SAP S4 HANA will take a leading role in the implementation of SAP S4 HANA across multiple locations in the Business Area Industrial Solutions Americas.

This can be based at any one of our locations in the US with a 3-day hybrid schedule.

• Become a subject matter expert in their SAP S4 HANA Module.
• Understand the overall business model of the locations assigned to them (Preparation and Kick Off phases).
• Perform fit-to-template analysis and integration tests with Local CO key user and IT.
• Identify local needs and work with the Project IMP@CT team and local end-users to address them.
• Work with LKU's of other SAP modules to ensure all processes interact properly.
• Interact with subject matter experts and with plant controllers to ensure functionality of specific processes.
• Train local end-users, first level of support to address end-user questions and concerns.
• Support plants during hyper-care phase after go-live.
• Identify, document, and socialize lessons learned after each implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years ofaccounting/controllingexperience with SAP CO implementation experience; 10 years ofaccounting/controlling experience with SAP CO implementation experience in lieu of a degree
• Understanding of operational /manufacturingfinance and/or accounting
• Highly organized, multi-tasker, self-starter, problem-solver, able to work independently, fast learner, process-oriented, able to work productively with others and communicate effectively.
• Up to travel 50% of the time as needed to support the project.

Additional ways to stand out:

• Familiarity with the Continental FRM and with FIRE are highly desired.
• Some experience in SAP Fl and high-level understanding of other SAP modules are a plus.
