Job summary

Continental's ContiTech division in the US seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead SAP S/4HANA implementations from initiation through post-go-live, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedules. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and SAP transformation expertise, with a hybrid work model of three days on-site at ContiTech sites in the US and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field, or 4 years SAP experience.
• 2+ years of project management experience, including leading enterprise ERP implementations.
• 2+ years SAP/ERP experience.
• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-workstream ERP transformation programs.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and vendor relationships.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Up to 50% travel based on location

Responsibilities

• Lead local end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation through post-production support.
• Establish local project governance, communication plans, reporting structures, and escalation processes.
• Develop and maintain detailed local project plans, schedules, budgets, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Monitor local project performance and ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Facilitate steering committee meetings and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Coordinate functional and technical workstreams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Quality, and others.
