Job summary

Continental seeks a SAP SD/S/4HANA expert to govern and optimize local O2C processes within the SAP S/4HANA environment. You will bridge business needs and IT, ensuring standardized, efficient SD operations aligned with our objectives.

The role focuses on process ownership, data cleansing, testing, and go-live readiness, with a 3-day-a-week hybrid arrangement across ContiTech sites in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of SAP SD/ Customer Service experience (preferably S/4HANA).
• Experience in SAP or SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash process optimization.
• SAP SD or S/4HANA certification (preferred).
• Proven leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Up to 50% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Own local end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes (order entry, delivery, billing).
• Harmonize SD processes across regions, plants, and distribution centers.
• Translate business requirements into SAP functional specs and act as liaison.
• Lead SD workstream for local S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
• Develop training materials and drive user adoption.
