Job summary

Continental is seeking an SAP SD / EWM expert to govern and optimize local O2C processes within SAP S/4HANA. You will bridge business and IT, drive SD process harmonization, and support BA rollouts across ContiTech sites in the US.

The role requires 2+ years in SAP SD, familiarity with S/4HANA, and strong stakeholder management. Travel up to 50% is required, with hybrid work arrangements in the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field or 4+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• 2+ years of SAP SD/Customer Service experience (preferably S/4HANA).
• Experience in SAP/S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Proven experience in Order-to-Cash process optimization.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Own and standardize local end-to-end O2C processes (order entry, delivery, billing).
• Harmonize SD processes across regions, plants, and DCs.
• Translate requirements into SAP functional specs; liaise between business and IT.
• Lead SD workstream for S/4HANA implementations and data cleansing.
• Develop training materials and drive user adoption across the organization.
