Job summary

Glasslake is seeking an SAP Pre-Sales Solution Architect to be the SAP voice in sales conversations. You bring years of S/4HANA experience, define how Luzid fits into programs, and collaborate with Account Executives to inform the product team.

You will lead technical discovery, run demonstrations, and craft technical responses to RFPs for global SI and enterprise clients, based in the US.

Qualifications

10+ years in SAP with a functional module background (not Basis).
Module Lead, Project Management, or Solution Architect experience on S/4HANA transformations.
Experience running S/4HANA programs and knowledge of Activate gates, estimation, scope and change control, RAID, cutover, and hypercare.
Brownfield conversion experience to Private Cloud under RISE.
Global SI background with major firms (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, TCS, Infosys, Capgemini, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, PwC).

Responsibilities

Run the technical side of the sale: lead discovery, customer presentations, and solution walkthroughs with SI and enterprise audiences.
Demo Luzid against real program scenarios: show fit-to-standard, configuration, documentation, and testing across SAP Activate phases.
Own technical proposals: scope deployments, write solution overviews, and answer the technical sections of RFPs and security questionnaires.
Do light solution design: map a customer's program, landscape, and deployment model to Luzid rollout.
Be the credible SAP voice in the room: explain Luzid's value to a technical audience and handle objections.
Feed the product: bring structured feedback from customers and prospects to Product and Engineering.
