Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Transformation Lead to drive production planning and manufacturing supply chain integration in the Bay Area.

You will oversee end-to-end S/4HANA rollout, coordinate with MES and PLM, and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with semiconductor manufacturing constraints. This 12–24 month program is based in Fremont, CA with local candidates preferred; remote options may be considered for travel-ready

• Lead the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle, including design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
• Align solutions with semiconductor manufacturing constraints, including multi-stage BOMs and long lead times.
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT.

Role Summary

Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning and manufacturing supply chain capabilities, integrating SAP with PLM and MES systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP PP workstream across MFO (P2F) processes.
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM.
