Job summary

Inherent Technologies, Inc. seeks a senior SAP S/4HANA PP lead to drive the planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM in a semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing environment.

You will manage the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle from design through hypercare, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and ensure robust UAT, cutover, and long lead-time supply chain planning. Strong stakeholder mgmt and global delivery experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA PP configuration and design.
• Ability to define end-to-end PLM–SAP–MES integration.
• Experience leading global SAP S/4HANA transformations.
• Proven record in UAT, cutover, and hypercare.
• Deep semiconductor/high-tech manufacturing domain knowledge.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across business and IT.
• Experience integrating SAP with MM, SD, QM, MES and PLM.
• Ability to design Plan-to-Fulfill planning processes.
• Experience leading onshore/offshore delivery teams.
• Familiar with multi-stage BOMs and long lead times.
