Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/PPDS lead to transform planning and production capabilities across Plan-to-Fulfill processes. You will drive end-to-end integration across SAP, MES, and PLM while leading the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle from design through hypercare.

• Experience integrating SAP with MM, SD, QM, MES and PLM.
• Proven experience leading end-to-end S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and IT and global delivery experience.

Role Summary

Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP / PPDS) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
• Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times)
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT

Must-Have Skills

Functional & Technical

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS (configuration and solution design)
• Hands on experience in Variant Configuration
• Deep knowledge of:
  • o MRP, production planning, and detailed scheduling
  • o BOM, routings, production versions, capacity planning
• Experience integrating SAP with:

Leadership

• Experience leading global delivery (onshore/offshore teams)

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with advanced planning tools (SAP IBP, APO)
• Exposure to S&OP / IBP processes and control tower solutions
• Knowledge of:
  • o SAP BTP / Integration Suite / middleware (Talend, APIs)
  • o Data integration and governance frameworks
• Experience with:
  • o NPI (New Product Introduction) and engineering-driven supply chains
  • o AI/analytics-driven planning or predictive supply chain capabilities
