Job summary

Sharpedge Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced SAP PP/PPDS lead to drive the transformation of S/4HANA production planning capabilities.

You will head the PP/PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill, define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration with SAP, MES, and PLM, and oversee the S/4HANA implementation lifecycle from design through hypercare. You will optimize planning via MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies, aligning solutions with semiconductor constraints such as multi-stage

Role Summary

Lead the transformation of SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP / PPDS) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP PP / PPDS workstream across Plan-to-Fulfill (P2F) processes
• Define end-to-end planning-to-execution integration across SAP, MES, and PLM
• Lead S/4HANA implementation lifecycle (design, build, test, cutover, hypercare)
• Optimize planning through MRP, heuristics, and scheduling strategies
• Align solutions with semiconductor constraints (multi-stage BOMs, long lead times)
• Manage cross-functional teams across planning, manufacturing, and IT

Must-Have Skills

Functional & Technical

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA PP / PPDS (configuration and solution design)
• Hands on experience in Variant Configuration
• Deep knowledge of:
• MRP, production planning, and detailed scheduling
