Job summary

IPolarity LLC seeks an experienced SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness Lead/Consultant to drive readiness activities for module launches within a large ERP transformation. Expect responsibility for testing, training, cutover, and go-live stabilization with strong FI/CO domain expertise.

The role requires deep experience in P2R/R2R processes, executive communication, and change leadership, with oversight across business stakeholders, product teams, and program leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial business processes.
• Strong understanding of Plan-to-Report and Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience leading UAT, training, change management, and cutover activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead business readiness activities for SAP S/4HANA module launches and deployment milestones.
• Conduct readiness assessments and facilitate business process walkthroughs with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT activities, including test execution, issue management, and business signoff.
• Partner with business SMEs, product teams, integration teams, and program leadership to identify and mitigate launch risks.
• Support change management and organizational readiness initiatives to drive user adoption.
• Develop training materials, readiness documentation, launch checklists, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cutover planning, execution readiness reviews, and launch governance activities.
• Track and manage defects, open issues, risks, dependencies, and action items throughout testing and deployment phases.
• Prepare readiness reports, test evidence, issue logs, cutover documentation, and launch approval artifacts.
• Support go-live events and post-launch stabilization activities to ensure a smooth transition to production operations.
• Collaborate with finance and operational stakeholders to validate business processes and readiness for deployment.
• Provide leadership throughout SIT, UAT, dress rehearsals, cutover, and hypercare periods.
