Job summary

TechDigital Group seeks experienced SAP S/4HANA Plan-to-Report (P2R) Business Readiness Consultants to support a large ERP transformation and deployment program. This role drives readiness across SAP module launches, ensuring adoption, testing, training, cutover execution, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization.

The ideal candidate will possess 4+ years in SAP S/4HANA FI/CO, P2R/R2R, and deployment readiness activities, plus strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

SAP S/4HANA FI/CO and financial processes expertise.
Strong understanding of Plan-to-Report (P2R) and Record-to-Report (R2R).
Experience supporting deployment readiness activities, testing, cutover, and go-live.
Experience coordinating UAT and SIT with stakeholders across programs.
Excellent communication, governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead business readiness activities for SAP modules launches and deployment milestones.
Conduct walkthroughs, readiness assessments, and impact analyses with key stakeholders.
Coordinate UAT activities including test execution, issue management, defects, and signoff.
Partner with SMEs, product teams, architects, integration teams, testing teams, and leadership to mitigate risks and dependencies.
Support change management and organizational readiness to drive user adoption.
Develop and maintain training materials, readiness documentation, and launch checklists.
Drive cutover planning, readiness reviews, and adoption readiness.
Track defects, risks, dependencies, and action items through testing and deployment.
Prepare readiness reports, evidence, logs, and sign-off materials.
Support post-launch stabilization and collaboration with finance/operations on processes.
