Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Testing Manager for a remote, consulting engagement. You will drive testing from planning through post‑go‑live stabilization, partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Technology to validate functionality, data integrity and financial reporting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and executing comprehensive testing plans for financial systems.
• Hands‑on SAP S/4HANA implementation experience is preferred.
• CPA, CMA or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting testing during SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live.
• Develop test strategies, scripts, scenarios and validation procedures.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing and post‑implementation validation.
• Validate GL activity, financial reporting outputs and data integrity.
• Document results, log defects, coordinate remediation and retesting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Support Excel-based reporting using SAP Analysis for MS Office.
• Assist with go‑live readiness and post‑implementation stabilization.
• Create accounting procedures and training materials for adoption.
• Provide knowledge transfer to permanent Accounting team members.
• Ensure processes and reporting function effectively post-implementation.
