Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Testing Manager for a high-visibility contract project. You will lead end-to-end accounting testing from planning through post-go-live, partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure functional validation, data integrity, and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, and expertise in UAT, SIT, and regression testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance/information systems or related field.
• Manager-level experience supporting financial systems implementations or ERP transformations.
• Experience developing and executing comprehensive testing plans for financial systems.
• Experience with UAT, SIT, and regression testing.
• Defect management and issue remediation skills.
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and general ledger activity.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting testing during SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live.
• Develop test strategies, scripts, scenarios, and validation procedures.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Validate workflows, GL activity, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Document results, coordinate remediation, and perform retesting until closure.
• Support data reporting and Excel-based reporting workbooks using SAP Analysis for Office.
