Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Implementation and Testing Manager for a remote, highly visible contract. You will lead testing strategies from planning through post-go-live, partnering with Accounting, Finance, and Technology to ensure system functionality and accurate financial reporting.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, SAP testing expertise, and the ability to drive complex validation activities in a fast-paced transformation project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end accounting testing efforts during SAP S/4HANA implementation and go-live activities.
• Develop comprehensive test strategies, test scripts, test scenarios, and validation procedures.
• Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and post-implementation validation.
• Validate accounting workflows, GL activity, financial reporting outputs, and data integrity.
• Document testing results, identify defects, coordinate remediation, and retest.
