Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior SAP ERP project experience, preferably with SAP S/4 Hana.
• Experience with Data Conversion projects in ERP environments.
• Deployment Cutover planning and execution experience.

Job description

Major financial institution (Category 1 or 2 bank) transformative program and/or project management experience. Prior SAP ERP project experience (preferably recent experience with SAP S/4 Hana).

Prior ERP project experience related to Data Conversion, Deployment Cutover planning and Execution.

Proven ability to effectively manage complex projects and initiatives, including multiple business partners across different areas as well as large / complex data sets; demonstrated organization skills.

Proven stakeholder relationship building skills to engage and drive cross team collaboration at the project member and senior management stakeholder levels. Ability to communicate project status with equal effectiveness at all leadership and team member levels from both a project execution and business progression terms.

Experienced in driving large scale tech-focused programs/projects with large internal and vendor resource teams.

Ability to create and drive multiple project/workstream schedules in parallel.

Proactive/driven project management mindset and approach. Able to dive into problems with limited background context and help to drive stakeholder group through resolution option identification, resolution option reviews, and resolution option selection activities."
