A leading technology consulting firm in the United States seeks an experienced Data Lead specialized in SAP S/4HANA transformations. The role requires over 10 years of ERP consulting experience, including at least 5 years as a Project Manager for multi-module implementations. Successful candidates will demonstrate leadership in managing data governance initiatives and facilitating client workshops, alongside a strong capability to develop proposals and maintain client relationships. Travel up to 100% is expected.

Job description

• Experience leading large global S/4HANA business transformation program delivery as a Data Lead with proven track record and a deep understanding of business values of transformation programs/objectives
• Experience leading sales opportunities
• Must have previous professional experience with SAP S/4HANA with deep knowledge of master data elements in SAP, leading practices on the data migration and data governance approaches, and hands‑on experiences working as a team member prior to becoming a lead.
• Experience managing and implementing SAP MDG implementation with hands‑on experience establishing a governance/management framework for organizations.
• Proven ability to lead and speak of SAP Data approaches and lead workshops with clients and other business process leads
• Deep understanding of industry specific KPI’s and benefits of S/4HANA functionality to enable the business
• Ability to speak business language and translate business requirements into technical spec.
• Expert level knowledge of SAP data elements (both master and transactional), data structures, industry‑leading data migration tools, and approaches and understanding of integration amongst various modules
• Ability to self‑direct and mentor/manage consulting and client team members.
• Ability to be hands‑on if required
• Demonstrated experience in managing transformational initiatives
• At least five (5) full life cycle implementations as an ERP Project Manager with multi‑module implementations (Finance, Sales, Production, Purchasing, Warehouse)
• A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience
• At least six (6) years’ experience in proposal and business case development
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Willingness to travel up to 100%
