Job summary

Dycom Industries, Inc. seeks a strategic Release Management Manager to govern the transition of SAP features from Build to Live. You will own the global release calendar, coordinate transports, and align deployment windows with business needs.

In this leadership role, you will chair the CAB, enforce deployment protocols, and oversee cutover and hypercare to ensure stability of the SAP landscape and its integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering/Business Admin.
• 8–10 years of SAP landscape management or release management experience.
• SAP certifications preferred (S/4HANA, Solution Manager/Cloud ALM).
• MBA or advanced IT/management degree a plus.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA landscapes, BTP, and integrations.
• Strong governance via Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and escalation authority.
• Deep DevSecOps expertise and automated regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Release Strategy & Orchestration: Own the global SAP Release Calendar and cadence for upgrades and transports.
• Governance & Change Advisory Board: Chair CAB meetings and enforce deployment protocols.
• Cutover Management & Risk Mitigation: Develop minute-by-minute cutover plans and rollback procedures.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment: Advance the CoE DevSecOps pipeline and automate testing and deployments.
