Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP landscape management, release management, or similar IT leadership roles.
• SAP Certifications (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP Solution Manager/Cloud ALM) are highly preferred.
• MBA or advanced degree in an IT or management-related field is a plus.
• Proven experience managing SAP S/4HANA landscapes, including SAP BTP and third-party integrations.
• Deep expertise in SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) or SAP Cloud ALM deployment frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience chairing Change Advisory Boards (CAB) and enforcing deployment protocols.
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps pipelines, automated regression testing, and deployment velocity methodologies.
• Proven track record in architecting minute-by-minute cutover plans, robust rollback procedures, and effective hypercare support for major enterprise deployments.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and 'Veto Authority' to prioritize system stability and maintain 'Clean Core' mandates.
