Job summary

Access Data Consulting Corporation is seeking an experienced SAP Release Management Manager to lead the release lifecycle across SAP landscapes, coordinate transports, and drive governance and production readiness.

This role partners with DevOps, ensures quality and security, and builds scalable release practices. West Palm Beach preferred, travel up to 25% may be required, and a strong background in S/4HANA and SAP tools is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in SAP release management or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of SAP transports, production environments, CAB, risk mitigation, and rollback planning.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related tools like Solution Manager or Cloud ALM.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Engineering or related field preferred; SAP certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and orchestrate the SAP release lifecycle across landscapes, coordinating transports and production releases.
• Establish and enforce release governance, CAB activities, and enterprise standards.
• Lead cutover and production-readiness activities for major deployments and integrations.
• Manage release risk and recovery planning, including rollback strategies.
• Drive CI/CD improvements and automation with DevOps and technical teams.
