Job summary

TheHiveCareers is seeking a contract SAP RAR FICO specialist with 10+ years of hands-on SAP FICO experience and 4+ years in RAR implementation or migration. You will work remotely, collaborating with SD and FI teams to design processes aligned with RAR revenue postings and multiscenario configurations.

Required expertise includes IFRS 15/16, US GAAP, and strong communication skills to drive workshops and deliverables independently.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on SAP FICO experience.
• RAR implementation/Migration experience (min 4 years).
• IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills; capable of independent delivery.
• Experience in design workshops during RAR implementation with SD team.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include leading SAP RAR FICO design and migration activities.
• Collaborate with SD team to align revenue postings with RAR.
• Perform RAR rollouts across projects including OEM, Intercompany, and Professional Services.
• Ensure integration of SD and FICO processes (AR, GL postings, account assignments).
• Hold workshops and deliver mandated RAR configurations and testing.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Excellent SAP FICO knowledge with at least 10 years of hands‑on experience and a minimum of 4 years of experience in RAR implementation/Migration experience
• Accounting Expertise of IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 preferred
• Strong understanding of IFRS 15 Revenue recognition requirements
• Should possess Excellent written, verbal, presentation skills as well as mature driven and handle deliverables independently
• Experience in Design Workshops during RAR implementation and working closely with SD Functional team and support designing processes in alignment with RAR revenue postings
• Functional knowledge of SD Scenarios like OEM, Intercompany, Professional Services, Maintenance Services, OEM, Intercompany, Proof of Delivery, Multicurrency and Multi-Company code Scenarios is must
• Extensive Functional knowledge on SD and FICO integration like Accounts Receivables, General Ledger Postings, Account assignments
• Knowledge expert of Revenue, Cost, Percentage of completion at RAR
• Knowledge of traditional RAR migration and hands‑on experience in handling RAR migration files
