Job summary

TekValue IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with hands-on SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) expertise in the United States. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT to gather and analyze requirements, and to deliver functional specifications, process flows, and BRD/FRD documents.

Strong knowledge of revenue contracts, performance obligations, SSP, and revenue allocation is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP RAR and related modules.
• Strong knowledge of revenue contracts, performance obligations and SSP.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration issues in SAP environments.
• Experience supporting functional testing, UAT and production issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Work with Finance, Accounting, and IT to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare functional specs, process flows, and BRD/FRD documents.
• Analyze revenue recognition processes and ensure IFRS 15 / ASC 606 alignment.
• Assist with CI invoicing and integration with RAR for end-to-end revenue cycles.
• Support testing activities and issue resolution across environments.

Job description

• Seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong hands-on functional experience in SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and business requirement documents.
• Strong knowledge of revenue contracts, performance obligations, Standalone Selling Price (SSP), and revenue allocation.
• Hands-on experience in SAP RAR revenue recognition processes.
• Moderate experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI), including billing, invoicing, and integration with SAP RAR.
• Analyze and troubleshoot functional and integration-related issues.
• Support functional testing, UAT, and production issue resolution.
• Good understanding of IFRS 15 / ASC 606; broader SAP BRIM experience is an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
