Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP-based solutions. The role analyzes business models, captures requirements, and ensures architecture aligns with objectives. Travel may be required, and a hybrid work model is expected in the US.

You will lead SAP projects from requirements through configuration and integration, coordinating with clients and delivery teams to drive risk management and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of SAP Project Systems experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Experience leading SAP projects or workstreams with hybrid delivery models.
• Deep knowledge of Project System processes across industries.
• Knowledge of SAP PS leading practices and related finance modules.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Strong system configuration and relationship management skills.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs.
