Job summary

EY is seeking a Technology Business Analyst Manager to bridge business needs and SAP-enabled solutions. You will analyze business models, capture requirements, and convert them into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with system architecture and client objectives.

You will lead delivery streams, manage projects, and supervise teams while maintaining billable client work and strong stakeholder relationships. Travel may be required based on client needs and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years of SAP Project Systems experience with knowledge of other SAP Finance modules.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience managing an SAP project/workstream with hybrid onshore/offshore delivery.
• Knowledge of Project Systems practices and SAP modules such as Fi/Co.

Responsibilities

• Lead translation of business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives.
