Responsibilities

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Project Manager to support the Finance Product Pillar and lead the successful delivery of strategic finance technology initiatives. This role is responsible for managing project delivery across the Finance IT portfolio, partnering closely with Finance and Technology stakeholders to ensure alignment with regulatory, operational, and business objectives.

The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating critical finance deliverables, including support for Technical Provisions activities and IFRS-related regulatory close deliverables within the SAP landscape. In addition, the role will oversee a broad range of initiatives across the Finance Product Pillar, driving execution, governance, reporting, resource management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure successful outcomes.

Work Arrangement: 6-month contract

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the end-to-end lifecycle of projects and initiatives across the Finance Product Pillar.
• Coordinate and manage key Finance technology deliverables, including Technical Provisions and IFRS reporting initiatives supporting regulatory close processes within SAP.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and delivery roadmaps using enterprise-standard project management tools.
• Track and manage project dependencies, proactively identifying, escalating, and mitigating risks and issues.
• Establish and maintain project governance, status reporting, and executive-level communications.
• Monitor project performance through defined KPIs and delivery metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability across stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, planning sessions, steering committees, and stakeholder reviews.
• Prepare and deliver executive reporting, highlighting project progress, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
• Ensure project deliverables meet regulatory, compliance, audit, and business requirements.
• Manage team capacity and resource allocation across multiple projects and initiatives within the Finance Product Pillar.
• Partner with Finance, Product, Business, and Technology teams to align priorities and support strategic objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management practices, governance processes, and delivery execution.
• Responsible for all project management activities across the IT Finance Product Pillar, ensuring effective coordination of initiatives, resources, timelines, and stakeholder communications.

Preferred:

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably within Finance, Insurance, Financial Services, or large-scale enterprise transformation environments.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional initiatives involving Finance and Technology stakeholders.
• Experience supporting finance processes, regulatory reporting, financial close activities, or enterprise finance transformation programs.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to track and report on KPIs, delivery milestones, risks, and project performance metrics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels, including executive leadership.
• Experience managing project dependencies, resource planning, and portfolio-level reporting.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Understanding of SAP Finance processes and regulatory reporting frameworks such as IFRS is highly desirable.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
