Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking a senior SAP program leader to drive large-scale transformations in a long-term engagement. The role emphasizes governance, PMO setup, and executive stakeholder coordination across a global delivery network.

You will oversee multi-vendor teams, manage complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, and lead client-facing initiatives to ensure successful program outcomes and strategic alignment.

Requirements

Required Skills

• 12–15+ years of overall SAP experience, with progression from SAP Functional/Technical Consultant to Program Director/Program Manager roles.
• Proven experience leading at least two large-scale SAP transformation programs.
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Extensive experience in program governance, PMO setup, and escalation management.
• Strong leadership and client-facing experience, with the ability to manage executive stakeholders.
• Experience managing multi‑vendor environments and global delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Hiring Process

Benefits

• Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $140,000 per annum, contingent upon technical evaluation results. (Base salary for consultant‑level roles starts around $90K–$110K, with senior roles generally capped at $135K base).
• Total Compensation: Base salary plus standard benefits
